In addition to the Regular EB-5 Investment Program,
EB5 World can help investors who seek to obtain US residency
using the Regional Center Investment Program, or other
types of investment or work visas such as E-2's (for
Treaty Countries), L-1's etc.
We also work with companies looking to obtain multiple
investors and/or strategic partners. We work with an
international network of experienced professionals who
can help both investors and growing companies reach
their respective goals and objectives.
The E-1 Treaty Trader
Nationals of qualifying treaty
countries who undertake a significant amount of
international trade with the US may qualify. The volume
of trade must be sufficient to justify the trader or
the employee(s) being in the US to manage the trade
and constitute the majority of the trader’s international
trade.
The E-2 Treaty Investor
Nationals of qualifying treaty
countries who have made a significant investment
in the US may qualify. There is no set minimum level
of investment, but the lower the investment, the less
likely one is to qualify. The investment must be in
an operating business and must be sufficient to justify
the national's presence in the US.
The L-1 Visa
Available to a person, to transfer him/her to work
in the US for an employer, who has worked abroad for
one continuous year within the past three years in a
related business entity in a manager/executive or specialized
knowledge staff capacity. Applicant must be coming to
the US to continue working for the same employer.
O-1 Alien of Extraordinary Ability
This is a temporary non-immigrant visa, available to
individuals of extraordinary ability in the fields of
science, education, business, athletics and the arts.
In order to qualify, the individual must have sustained
international or national acclaim and be coming to the
US to work in the field of ability.
Disclaimer: While we work with
many qualified lawyers and consultants, we DO NOT provide
legal advice to any clients. We recommend that all clients
and companies have their own, independent counsel for
any transactions. We are also a private business and
